Warranties

Our GPR products that we build and sell are covered by a full one-year warranty for both parts and labor.  Please Contact Us and include your original purchase order date and order number along with the problem that you are encountering and will begin the process of servicing the unit.

Refunds and Returns

At this time we do not provide money-back returns of the product.  Damages to the unit are covered by the product warranty and can be repaired and sent back. Shipping will be paid by customer to repair facility. Return shipping paid by Easy Radar USA LLC to USA location only.
